Craig Pettigrew - President
Craig Pettigrew has spent the past 13 years in the staff augmentation,
outsourcing, and consulting industry. Mr. Pettigrew’s primary focus has been in
business development, the management of branch office entities, and the selling
and implementation of managed staffing engagements.
Mr. Pettigrew has worked with clients in a vast array of industries, including,
Aerospace, Software Development, Telecommunications, eCommerce, Consulting,
Manufacturing and Retail. Mr. Pettigrew’s specific involvement has surrounded
national sales and implementation programs, ‘profit and loss’ analysis, managing
G&A, and employee development.

Mr. Pettigrew holds a Bachelor of Business of Arts degree in Business
Administration from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Jamie Donelson - Senior Vice President of Professional Services
Ms. Donelson has over 12 years of experience in the professional services
industry, including onsite and project staffing, as well as extensive operations
management. She was the Senior Vice President of Professional Services for a
national software-as-a service provider specializing in the government sector.
More specifically responsible for development of Professional Services strategy
including creation of list of available services, creation of competitive
analysis, and marketing, sales, and communications plans. She began her career
in 1998 with URS Corporation as a HR Staffing Specialist and was later named
Recruiting Technology Manager.
In Ms. Donelson’s current role she is responsible
for the overall operations of P2 Solutions focusing on the establishment and
optimization of day-to-day operations in the company. Duties and
responsibilities include business development, formulating policies, managing
daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources,
including Personnel, Financial and Facilities Management.
Successful engagements have included:

leading functional and technical work streams for seven year implementation
reaching over 130,000 employees. Largest revenue project in Company history.

and technical work streams for 2 year global roll-out reaching over 12,000
employees. Flagship implementation to cross promote new product capabilities in
both Companies.

responsible for managing a staff of twelve employees on the functional,
technical and reporting work streams. Company’s highest revenue implementation
to date, initially at above 500K in Services costs alone. • BearingPoint
(formerly KMPG Consulting) – McLean, VA o Project Lead responsible for upgrading
to current software platform. “Big Bang” global roll-out across 22 countries
including Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

Larry Elliot - Executive Advisor
Larry Elliott is an advisor to the board of
directors of P2 Solutions in the domain of Talent Management, with a particular
focus on leadership assessment and development. He provides advice and insight
about the methods and tools for assessing talent and creating professional
development programs for top talent.
Mr. Elliot and Dr. Richard Schroth, CEO of Executive
Insights, have developed executive sessions on critical domains of
organizational assessments. They currently offer an executive assessment series
covering career management, leadership, governance, organizational effectiveness
and technology management.
After completion of his Bachelor’s degree, in 1965,
Mr. Elliott completed advanced technology development programs, conducted by IBM
and Unisys. Mr. Elliott completed a twenty-year career with the Air Force. While
on active duty, He completed a Master’s degree (Saint Mary’s University) and
three years of post-graduate research at Georgetown University and the
University of Edinburg. He flew 100 combat missions in Vietnam, taught graduate
courses at Air University, served as a special advisor to the Secretary of the
Air Force, Commanded the Intelligence Wing in Berlin, Germany, and became the
Deputy Chief of Staff, Intelligence, for the Pacific Air Forces. He retired Mr.
Elliott is a distinguished graduate of the Air Command and Staff College and the
National War College

Kenneth Kurk - Federal Sales
Mr. Kurk has over 10 years of experience completing bids and negotiations of
over 200 million dollars in prime and sub-contracting for the Federal Government
Contracting.
He was medically retired as Service Disabled Veteran after serving 12 years in
the Air Force. Mr. Kurk received 31 medals and decorations as a Command and
Control Operator. His military career provided a wealth of experience in all
facets of voice and data communications utilizing satellite, radio, radar and
aerospace assets. He has served in Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM,
ALLIED FORCE and DESERT FOX.

Andrew Wilson - Federal Business Manager
Mr. Wilson plays a vital role in leveraging Reliance IT’s capabilities, past
performance and small business status to assist in contract procurement. His
efforts have successfully led to identifying and positioning Reliance IT for the
purposes of partnering or joint venturing to maximize their capabilities,
acquiring new projects, and assisting contractors in meeting their Small
Business Set-aside goals. His studies at Baylor University provided him with a
sound understanding of American Constitution Law, Public Policy and Principles
of Public Administration.
Mr. Wilson has been enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps since 2003. He has been
deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and his awards include the Iraqi
Campaign Medal, Global War on Terror Medal and Navy Sea Service Deployment
ribbon.

Jaynee Alvarez PR - Communications Specialist
Ms. Alvarez joined KGMA Business Solutions in May 2009. She graduated from
Southwestern Adventist University in 2009 with a major in Communications and an
emphasis in PR & Advertising.
Previously, she had the opportunity to work at KGMA as Communications intern,
where she initially became familiarized with the company. She has background
experience in the broadcasting industry working as a Disc Jockey at 88.3 KJCR
FM.
Currently, she is a Marketing Analyst at KGMA, where she works with a wonderful
group of people who are dedicated and committed to giving their best.
